The information requested for a domain or a ticket is used only for those specific actions.

03 / PERSONAL DATA
Nothing to
profile you with.
We do not seek to know your identity to let you create an account. The few pieces of data requested serve a specific function of the service.
The token system
The account is created with a random token, without a name, email or password. Only an irreversible HMAC fingerprint is kept; the full token value is not recorded.
A lost token cannot be recovered. This is intentional: it remains your personal key.
No external contact
A support request is recorded in your space with its subject and message. No external email is required to open or follow a ticket.
The case of domains
The registrant's details, contact email and DNS are required only when you request the registration of a domain name.
They are used for this procedure and do not become a login identity.
Crypto data
We may keep the transaction hash, the network, the asset, the amount and our receiving address to link a payment to an order. The sender address is not requested.
04 / SITE TRACKING
No advertising

No ad network, no hidden pixels and no resold behavioral profile. Technical tools have a functional purpose.
Analytics
No Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, advertising pixel or social integration to measure your journey.
Cookies
A session cookie may be used when you open the client area. It does not contain any readable identity.
Fingerprinting
No canvas, WebGL or browser fingerprint used to recognize you between two visits.
Operation
Sessions, counters or technical logs may exist to secure and run the service; they are not used to create an advertising profile.
No archive

Account, ticket, order and payment data follow the period useful to their function. A domain's contact details remain linked to the registration procedure and applicable obligations.
No resale.
Never any targeting.
AnoneHost does not sell data and does not work with an advertising network. The information required for a registration may be transmitted to the competent actors of the registry to execute that request.

You can request access to the information linked to the account, its rectification or its deletion, within the limits of the service and applicable obligations. Processing goes through support.
Access security
The token is never stored in plain text. Projects, orders and tickets are isolated by account. No certification or promise of absolute security is claimed on this page.
